The staff were wonderful and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The grounds were kept tidy, and the location was secluded, offering a peaceful retreat from the city. We particularly enjoyed the golf course, and the massage we had was excellent.
The gym was small and showers took a while to get hot. We would have preferred more water bottles in the room to avoid having to go to reception frequently.

The hotel has a serene atmosphere with beautifully maintained gardens and a golf course. the rooms are spacious, clean and beds are very comfortable. the friendly staffs are quick to attend to the guest's needs. Breakfasts are outstanding, especially the salmon and filet dishes. the main receptionist is very courteous, patient and efficient. the pool and water slide are big attractions for the kids.
Some guests had issues with cleanliness and maintenance, but these seem to be isolated incidents that don't detract from the rest of the hotel's amenities.

Had a great city break at this hotel. the food was beyond amazing, I couldn't get enough. the staff were all wonderful, friendly, and very helpful. I loved the tranquility and amazing views of the surrounding area. the hotel had a nice gym with modern equipment and a relaxing pool area.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the facilities was superb, and the staff was always attentive, courteous and patient. The hotel facilities were outstanding, and we had easy access to them. The location was perfect for our needs, as we could easily go out and explore all that the city had to offer. Additionally, the breakfast was incredibly diverse and delicious.
For us, it was ideal.

From the exclusive amenities to the impeccable service, everything was top-notch. the spa and wellness center was exceptional, and the massages were sublime. We loved the heated swimming pool, the sun loungers, and the beautiful garden area that provided the perfect relaxation spot.
Our only minor issue was with the dinner at the hotel's restaurant. the menu was limited, and the taste of the food didn't match our expectations.
